No open seating at the bar. They ask you your boarding time, like you can't manage the time yourself. I asked for a beer and the top was all foam. When I asked for it to be topped up, she looked at me like I was crazy. The roast beef Panini was good, but the chips were soggy. Gratuity was already included, so don't tip the full amount. Overall, I felt very much like I wasn't wanted there-not due to the servers but due to the policies in place.

Service sucks! There is an automatic 18% tip, so the servers dont bother with service(even when they are not busy)! They just have a gala time talking to themselves and are oblivious to customers! Do not go to the bar! just don't ! Also the cocktails are like $20+, and the menu doesn't mention alochol prices! Tells you all you need to know about them!
Horribly rude staff! Unbelievable. I will never visit this establishment ever again.
