My favorite artist in San Antonio is by far Cesar! He's a talented artist & has become a great friend, thank u again Cesar.

Cesar is a real professional and does amazing work he took on a cover-up that a lot of people wouldn't and it looks outstanding
I highly recommend Eccentric Tattoo Studio! The artists helped cover up some skin discolorations with amazing results. Sky designed a creative piece for my arm & Cesar created a perfect piece for my back. The artist's do fantastic work & the studio's got good friendly vibes. I plan to go back for my next tattoo 😎
