After a friend had an awful experience and tried to make others aware, Eccentric International Chefs deleted all of her tags! Own up to your mistakes and make it right! Don't try to make it go away and act like it didn't happen! Recovering your reputation with be more likely if you actually accept that you screwed up!
Notice to all people interested in cakes, desserts, pastries, etc. I feel this is a fair warning that I will not be doing business again with Eccentric International Chefs. You can see in the picture to the left they display beautiful designs for cakes and their website shows the same... gorgeous cakes. The picture on the right is what was delivered on my wedding day. Ordered a wedding cake from them and requested whip cream icing for our 3 layer raspberry apricot and banana cream filled cake. The cake was delivered with a very thick layer of buttercream icing. The bride and myself had looked forward to the cake since the tasting. The buttercream overpowered the fillings in the cake and was so sweet no one wanted to eat it. I’m very disappointed with them! Whole cake went into the trash! The bride didn’t even keep her top layer!
Love this bakery! The owners are great and very personable! Love the gingerbread house making with my kids every Christmas!
