I called the office and the front desk didn’t understand or know how to speak English.. I was asking if they accept An insurance and he said “the doctor is with a patient, have you already talked to her?” I repeated I just want to know if my insurance is taken at your office, he said “We don’t need it”.. I can only imagine what other services would be like here if that’s the front receptionist representation
