I'd like to thank my sales rep Aaron Knisley for being the best sales rep I've met. He was not only understanding of my situation he even made it so that I don't have to even step foot in the lot. We did everything online and finalized the deal within 2 days. He even set me up with a set of 4 brand new tires and made sure everything was up to par before bringing the car to me. Just purchased a 2014 Jeep Trailhawk and it's beautiful! My sales person was Arron Knisley and he was awesome! No pressure and very helpful in the experience. Robert and the rest of the staff at Eby were amazing to deal with. I didn’t feel pushed or forced to purchase a vehicle I wasn’t completely going to love. I never saw the vehicle (except in pictures) I eventually purchased until the day I came to pick it up. Why is that? 1. I live in Valpo, 2. I trusted that Robert and the other employees had my best interest at heart (not just another dollar sign to add to their bottom line.
