I purchased a truck from this location. I went to numerous dealerships and couldn’t believe what they were asking for used, older, high mileage trucks. I ended up buying a 2020 F-150 with low miles and lifetime power train warranty at a price that destroyed any other dealership I went to! Dylan was an awesome guy to work with! My only (small) complaints are that the interior of the truck was really dirty, and it was very out of alignment. Wow, what a team. We are in town getting work completed on our RV and our tow car goes completely dead - no power. We had AAA jumpstart us and looked for a local Ford repair shop. Eby Ford was just down the street and had great reviews. We drive directly there, they checked us in, listened to our issues and quickly determined the issue. I’m not the one to leave a google review but I told Arron that I wanted to leave one. 1000/10 I would recommend this dealership to ANYONE! Arron Knisley is the BEST salesman that we ever had! May 7-2024 From the time we pulled into the garage bay to the time we left which was the fastest (around an hour) we have ever had at any Ford location with the most friendly and attentive staff we have ever seen. The service advisor team quickly checked for codes found main engine battery low voltage. Replaced with one in stock. Car is running as it always has. I wish all the other Ford locations we have been all around the US was as great as this team is at EBY Ford. Thank you. Bryon
ARRON KNISLEY IS THE BEST I had beyond an amazing experience here at Eby Ford in Goshen, with Arron Knisley.
