This Dr is the best eye doctor in South Texas. I highly recommend this individual. Has been my eye doctor for 30 years.
We used to go to Dr. Eby when he was with the Dugan Eye Institute in Corpus Christi. We felt he was very competent and hated to see him leave Corpus. You will have a fine eye specialist if you choose him to take care of your eyes.
I really liked the fact that he explains everything so well, gave me so much reassurance. Will definitely recommend him to my friends.
