They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
