Took dad in at the begining of covid 19 for physical therapy. a month later i said he had a stroke. they did nothing. another month i called 911 to go get him. he had a stroke when i said he did. home on hopice. Ebony lake neglected my dad and might as well have killed himwith their incompetence. photos to prove of bedsores 2 inches deep
Neglect at it's finest!! Only two good people in this place is the two therapist that are helping my aunt.
This place looks nice on the outside, but don't let that fool you. My grandfather was here for under a month and his health plummeted faster than we could fathom. He developed bed sores and would even say that staff would cuss at/around him. Visiting him, I myself experienced how rude some staff was for myself. I DO NOT recommend putting a loved one here.
