Got my hair done Wednesday may 28th, a chemical straitner and it was nice when I left but when washed 2 days later it was back to normal unmanageable. I paid 180 dollars for nothing. I called the salon and ask if I could get a refund for the straitner only and they could keep a portion for there time. The women that did my hair said no to refund and instead offered me a shampoo treatment worth 80 dollars. I said no thanks. Im very disappointed and will never go back. I got braids, and I was able to get an appointment rather quickly, even with a small miscommunication. Tiffany was awesome to chat with while she braided my hair! It's great actually conversing with someone, makes me feel comfy. Thanks!
