It’s been over a week since my appointment. They cut my hair into the shape I wanted, but they really damaged it. My ends are now breaking, and I paid $40 for this haircut. They blow-dried my hair without using any heat protectant. Plus my hair had been bleached before so the damage was significant with the high heat setting and no heat protectant. Got my hair done Wednesday may 28th, a chemical straitner and it was nice when I left but when washed 2 days later it was back to normal unmanageable. I paid 180 dollars for nothing. I called the salon and ask if I could get a refund for the straitner only and they could keep a portion for there time. The women that did my hair said no to refund and instead offered me a shampoo treatment worth 80 dollars. I said no thanks. Im very disappointed and will never go back. I got braids, and I was able to get an appointment rather quickly, even with a small miscommunication. Tiffany was awesome to chat with while she braided my hair! It's great actually conversing with someone, makes me feel comfy. Thanks!
