no maintenance, dishonest staffs
Carbon monoxide in our apt, car vandalized, no security cameras in the parking lot, drunks hang out by the dumpster, have to pay for a PO Box because no one is able to get me a key that works in the building mailboxes, elevators out for long periods of time, carpet in the halls is filthy, holes in the walls, locks to the building doors are often broken making it a pain to try to get in.
Absolutely THE WORSE. Elevator in a SEVEN STORY building has been broken for over THREE MONTHS! Seniors, dissabled forced to climb flight after flight of filthy stairs with peeling paint and strewn with trash!! Beautiful, spacious apartments with incredible character owned by a company who couldn't care ANY LESS about their tenants! Don't do it. You'll regret it.
Unprofessional staff, bipolar onsite manager, dishonest and rude. Onsite manager knew of neighbor loud music PROBLEM but still did nothing about it. Rent is cheap but with a cheap rent comes a lot of problems. Place is filled with bud beds and roaches...during the summer you see all kinds of bugs coming out. MOLDY!!! Will use all your security deposit on things they needed/want to fix. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT UNLESS YOU WANT TO LIVE IN THAT ENVIRONMENT. QUALITY IS ALWAYS BETTER!!

this place is very unsafe, cars brake in, robberies, dirty properties, roaches, the elevator has not been working for a year now. The managements are nasty, rude. I feel so sorry for the elderly. You would think place like this will hire security or some form of safety but NO the managements are too busy getting text payers money from low income residents. Safe yourself from hell.
The service from Ebner Properties sawmill Place is up to par with all of the other communities that i have lived in. The maintenance staff was helpful and got my requests taken care of in a timely manner. The office is friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. I love the pool and Gym, they are kept clean and inviting for me and my guests!
Poor service - maintenance, administrative, onsite managemen – The service from Ebner Properties is well below any standard service. The maintenance staff is poorly trained or experienced. The administrative staff is not friendly, not helpful, and rate poorly when it comes to customer service. The onsite management is not responsive. They may have procedures in place, but more often than not, do not follow up with tenants' complaints or requests for assistance.
