This is a really cool shop, bought 2 ebikes and some accessories. Zach was helpful giving us info on the bikes and letting us test ride. Check this place out!

I came in a few weeks ago and talked to Steve and he was so helpful I didn't decide to buy a bike last month but he really showed how put together him and his store is and I'm looking forward to going back to see him and buy a bike.
$5400 for a Lemon - After spending $5400 on a Sur Ron Light Bee X at eBikes Hawaii, I was left stranded with a dead battery and abysmal customer service. While the bike was initially fantastic, the battery failed after only 600 miles. eBikes Hawaii misdiagnosed the problem, charged me $30 for a fix that did not work, then gave me the runaround for four months while trying to claim the warranty. Awesome spot. Wife and I wanted Ebikes. Very friendly hassle free area. Spacious way better atmosphere than Bike Factory. If you need anything bike related go see them. You won’t be disappointed!
