The best and friendliest service!
Bought an ebike from these guys 2-3 years ago. Had an issue with the battery just now and call them and they said they’ve discontinued sales on that bike and I’ll need to go to the manufacture directly. Definitely not Ebikes Hawai’i fault yet, but follow me on this. If I wanted to go directly to the manufacture, I would have bought directly from the manufacture. After purchasing my 2023 Zero DSR from this shop, my experience with their post-sale support has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, I’ve made multiple attempts to get basic service done — including a routine tune-up, standard maintenance, and even a simple firmware update. Each time, I was either turned away outright or told to go to a completely different dealer. Bought two bikes from them. Happy with the bikes. Had some issues but they resolved them pretty quickly. Really cool crew that works there. Super nice and friendly.
2nd time they've done good job: replaced my disk brakes. Walked in, explained the problems, Ebikes turned it around in a few hours same day. Mahalo!👏
