The food was awesome! We had the brisket and hush puppies with their signature maple butter! It is a shame they are so far from New Jersey but we will be back.
Fantastic brisket, and the hush puppies were some of the best I have had. If you haven't been yet go check it out!

I will try again. I had a friend in from Florida and wanted to try this restaurant. I was embarrassed that they were out of most everything we ordered. We ended up leaving. It was on a Thursday @ 6, so you would think they would have enough food made @ that time. Very disappointed. You need to do better than this, or you won't last long.

Ma'am we're very sorry. We are desperately trying to predict demand and prepare enough. But, we continue to grow in popularity as more people discover our food, and we seem to be constantly running short of demand. Unfortunately, to produce the quality that we do requires hours of prep and cooking. Our meats cannot be done fast, and we cannot replenish in less than 24 hrs. We have vastly over prepared today for our grand opening. Come in and give us a taste and I think you'll see why we sell out.
Absolutely the best brisket I've ever had! The mac and cheese is amazing and the hushpuppies (delectable), fries, and rest of the wonderful sides are home-made. The chicken and barbecue are scrumptious, and I can't wait to taste the ribs! Everyone is right about getting there early before they sell out... you don't want to miss this!!
GREAT food and better PEOPLE. My only regret is it is too far from FL. To eat here often .
