Update So, it has been six week since l made the horrible mistake of going here and two pairs of glasses later still wrong glass. I do admit to being sailor mouth Karen on my way out the door (less than a 60 seconds but bad on me) at I own my mess-up’s. Unlike others. I will be contacting my insurance companies and other. Dr Eberly is very nice, but unfortunately I cannot recommend her office. My insurance covers 100% of an eye exam and I somehow ended up paying $60. I got a partial refund because they charged me for something on accident, but I still ended up paying for a service my insurance doesn't cover. I asked for an eye exam, that's what I wanted. I shouldn't have gotten extra services that were not covered without the opportunity to decline. It's a pandemic, no one has extra money to spend on things they don't need. Dr. Andrea is a compassionate, respectful, and thoroughly educated provider. She makes sure you understand ways to keep your eye health a priority! Our whole family loves her!
Dr. Eberle is one of the best Optometrists I've ever worked with. I've worn glasses my whole life and worked with a wide variety of eye clinics and doctors, but none of them measure up to the professionalism, care and knowledge of Dr. Eberle. Her south Anchorage office is conveniently located near O'Malley and Old Seward which makes appointments easy to get to. Her staff is friendly, educated and polite. Dr Eberle uses all the latest technology, and is great at explaining everything to you. She is careful, kind, and very thorough. Never any pressure to buy glasses from her shop, although if you do the process and the product are very good.
Dr. Eberle and her staff are superb! We are vacationing from NJ and I had an emergency that they took great care of!! They squeezed me into a busy schedule seamlessly! To make this more impressive, she called me later in the evening to check in with me!! THANK YOU!!
