IF YOU COME BY THE APARTMENTS YOU WILL SEE THAT THEY ARE VERY WELL MAINTAINED. THE TWO NEGATIVE REVIEWS FROM THE SAME PERSON WHO WAS FORCED TO LEAVE DUE TO FILTH AND NON COMPLIANCE ARE THE ONLY REVIEWS ON THIS PAGE. I AM THE APARTMENT MANAGER TAMMY MY NUMBER IS 727-485-3554. NEGATIVE REVIEWS FROM PAST PROBLEM TENANTS ARE COMMON WITH THE QUICK AVAILABILITY OF SOCIAL MEDIA.

***BEWARE*** - DO NOT MOVE HERE! This place is severely infested with Bedbugs, Roaches, TOXIC Black mold, Water damage, Drug dealers and People who cook meth. The toxicity of the apartment made me so sick, I am still recovering nearly two years later. The landlords are running a seriously shady business. I tried reporting them to city building code auditors but they shut me down at every turn when I told them where I lived. It's obvious the owners pay them off to keep them quiet.
