Did not take issue seriously, and it turned out to be a serious issue. I cannot stress enough, now that our experience has been what is has been, never be afraid to be your own advocate with your healthcare. They were friendly enough, but this was a huge miss.
I will not come back I've had nothing but problems with the nurses and scheduling staff!! Ridiculous I've been told I had appt that I showed up for only to be told I wasn't scheduled I've made appt that I've showed up for only to once again be told I wasn't scheduled n now being told my son can't be seen for over a month n hes a bby I've been with this fam.Dr since I was a child! This places staff has gone down hill and the attitude from them is terrible I love the Dr but they need new staff
