They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous Is this provider's business conveniently located? Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem!

I don't use the term "quack" often, but in this case it fits. Although my child has a diagnosed and documented heart condition (by a number of highly respected pediatric cardiologists confirmed with multiple Echos and MRIs), Dr. Ebeid somewhat rudely informed me that he didn't think there was anything wrong with my child's heart, this by merely listening for a few moments to her heart!!
