RecommendedGreat place, great people, relaxing experience. Perfect place to unplug. "Floated" twice so far, first time, didn't know what to expect. I did one of the larger pools and could have lights on or off, I turned them off for total darkness and total quiet. Same for second time. Hard for me to describe, but I was able to completely relax and think (or not think) with zero distractions. :-) Two thumbs up! I really felt relaxed for days after each float.

The tank experience is lovely, and the community area is the perfect place to have a cup of tea and meet someone new. Owner Kymberlee Lisk has put her heart and soul into making this a special place to be, and you can feel it while you are there. Highly recommend!
RecommendedAwesome experience this morning. First time trying this, and I highly recommend it. Any of my cycling or triathlon friends will get the secondary benefit of an hour long epsom salt soak, which would be awesome at the end of a heavy training block. RecommendedIf you want to feel more relaxed than you've ever felt in your entire life, try Ebb & Float! The massage chair gets you into a deeper relaxed state, and then the float session melts all of your stresses away. I wasn't sure how I'd lay in there an hour, and before I knew it, the music was coming back on to signal the hour was up! I would come back again in a heart beat. The post session tea and community area was a bonus.
