First time here after being recommend my a friend! Amazing!!! You walk in and feel very at ease in peace. The entire place is very clean. The staff is so easy to talk and honestly extremely knowledgeable and pleasant!!! Prices are honestly way less than most places and you’re receiving every cent you spend. I went to use the sauna as I’ve been sick. I walked out feeling refreshed and a bit better! I will be back for the sauna again and to float!

Great place to find balance
Literally one of the best places i have ever been. The energy, the employees, the atmosphere was absolutely perfect. We did a massage sauna and float and all were incredible! Thank you so much!
I did a 60 minute session in the Infrared Sauna after a long move from out of state. Ebb and Float is absolutely gorgeous; a spotless and serene environment. Rick, the owner, is so lovely and is really invested in building a like-minded community. He and his wife have realized a dream and I have a sneaky feeling it's already a winner. Relaxing and uplifting at the same time. My float begins with a wonderful chair massage followed by an incredible float. The spa is so beautiful, clean and spacious. I felt instantly at ease and at home. I will definitely return.
Amazing place and amazing experience. i knew when I called and spoke with Kim that this was going to be special. When I got there, I felt like royalty. Rick explained everything and I never felt rushed. Such a beautiful place and great people. The tea and conversation after the float was great too. Great addition to Downtown Columbus!
