They lost my test... when I called asking about it, I was on hold for like 10 minutes while they were “looking for it”, then I was told that they were going to have to call me back to confirm whether it was actually lost or not. I get a call back about 20 minutes later saying they still couldn’t find it (still confused as to how that happens?) and I should wait until 5 pm to see if they call me back, was told to call back after 5 pm if I still don’t hear anything from them. Great experience! Ronnie was so lovely. Testing was quick and results came the next day.
