I would like to give the company less than a Star. They not only failed to install an AC unit correctly, when we informed them it wasn’t working, we were told it was our fault. Our dogs sit in front of our returns…they don’t…or that dog hair was clogging the vents…it wasn’t. We had Mission Heating and Cooling come out to diagnose the issue and we were informed the installation was done improperly. I have used Easy Breezy for nearly 7 years now. They are always responsive. Things have not always gone right but that’s where they shine. When a system failed shortly after the warranty ran out they worked with their suppliers and me to make it right, and that means a lot. It’s so refreshing to work with a business that has high standards and is passionate in about doing the right thing. Thank you Brian, Vincent and the rest of the team.
Recently had a new 2-ton Rheem Heat Pulp installed by Eazy Breezy. They were exceptional on price, exceptional on installation, and exceptional on communication. I have found a new HVAC company from here on out—give them a call if you don’t want hassles and you want great customer service and support with awesome prices. I cannot say enough about them—5 stars all the way!
My husband researched many companies before choosing Eazy Breezy. From the beginning, Jason was very pleasant, and patient will our many questions. Annette sent emails, estimates - great communication from the office. Alex and Vincent installed two new units is our home. These two young men were very experienced & professional in this trade.
