I had a terrible experience with Eazy Auto Parts. I bought a product from them, and it turned out to be defective, causing further damage to my vehicle. When I reached out to their customer service, they were unhelpful and refused to take responsibility for the costs of repairs. This is completely unacceptable! I trusted them to provide quality parts, and instead, I'm stuck with a broken car and additional repair expenses.
