I’ve lived here for 2 years and it’s entirely underwhelming. You are DEFINITELY paying for location. The floors in the unit have broken cement subfloor (if there’s carpet be aware), the exteriors are in need of some desperate love and attention. Be aware, you pay a $350 amenity fee every year for Amazon Package lockers and a pool. Seems a tad excessive. I recently moved from Lorton, VA to Vienna, VA and the transition into Avalon Eaves Tysons Corner was incredible, thanks entirely to the Leasing Manager, Sandy Jones. Sandy is extremely competent and efficient. She handled every detail of my move-in with such professionalism that it took all the stress out of the process.
