I absolutely love living here; I’ve lived all over northern Virginia, and lived in several different apartments complexes, and eaves Avalon is the best. The management company is kind, communicative, and generous. When something is broken, they repair it immediately by sending friendly service people. This apartment complex is from the 1980s but the staff here from the leasing office to maintenance (especially Javier Benitez & George Harrison) makes sure everything is running smoothly. Our dishwasher, disposal, and bathroom fan experienced wear and tear and they were taken care of as soon as they could. Excellent service!!! 5 stars to our technicians Javier and George!
