Do not move here if you value comfort!!!! I am counting the days until my lease is over. I lived here for not even 1 year and have grown so incredibly frustrated. To begin, I have seen over 20 roaches around my apartment throughout my lease, with the first sighting being the day after I moved in. There was a point I was seeing them every other day, even after pest control came this didn’t calm down.I do not have a dirty apartment and can guarantee it was not due to a lack of cleanliness. Theresa was incredibly helpful during the tour I took on 06/20 with my brother. She took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and made sure we understood everything regarding our interest in wanting to apply. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about helping residents and the prospective of future residents. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and willingness to go above and beyond. Management seemed unresponsive to residents' concerns and quick to dismiss issues when they are raised. For example, when other cars repeatedly parked in my assigned space, I was simply instructed to contact the towing company myself, with little assistance from management. Reaching them during urgent situations can also be challenging. In contrast, the previous property manager was approachable, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Recently moved in and the experience has been top notch! Location is amazing, community and amenities are simply beautiful! Carlos the maintenance guy and Scott the community liaison who made the move in process seamless are simply the kindest guys!!! Neighbors are so sweet! Gotta admit sitting on the patio watching residents play on the tennis courts is pretty cool! Super delighted to call this community home! ** I wanted to share an update (3 months) since moving in.
