Recently moved in and the experience has been top notch! Location is amazing, community and amenities are simply beautiful! Carlos the maintenance guy and Scott the community liaison who made the move in process seamless are simply the kindest guys!!! Neighbors are so sweet! This community at eaves South Coast has been home for the past 5 years. It's lovely, with many trees that provide shade and shelter for birds and squirrels. The office team puts on activities and hosts little gatherings throughout the year for different holidays. Today, we made Mother's Day bouquets! They also have a great maintenance team that works to make your life easier!
Did a tour recently, and wanted to share some feedback for ppl that are curious about this place. -Popcorn ceiling -Old school AC units installed through the window. Isn't it 2025? Who does that. -No management on site, so you know how how that goes. -A lot of cats roaming the property. -At this time they have 15 units available. Makes sense why.
