I’ve been living in this apartment community for 6 months and it’s been really great so far. Location is very accessible and convenient since it’s near the freeway. The team is amazing especially Scott & Carlos! They’re very responsive and approachable. I also appreciate the events that they host for the community at least once a month.
I was living with rats in the walls and cabinets I took pictures there was rat feces behind the couch in the washroom and cabinets very disgusting! They said there is nothing they could do because the whole places full of them because of the green landscape I don’t agree with that. They gave us blue trout, which were disgusting. We had to throw them out once they got stuck would never live there again. I’m requesting my deposit back for living in that unhealthy unit L 103 they have refused to refund me! Michele Tschumper
My guy Fernando Uribe hooked it up! Yesterday I was walking my dog and stopped by his maintenance cart to ask about tape for a loose shower head. Not only did he come back today at the time i told him I'd be home, he came back on his own to ask if I was able to make the temp fix work with the tape, I hadn't had a chance yet so he goes i got you sir. I put the maintenance request in and he not only fixed my shower head, he repaired the bottom part as well. Now i have a brand new shower setup and Im very happy with the great s... read more
Recently moved in and the experience has been top notch! Location is amazing, community and amenities are simply beautiful! Carlos the maintenance guy and Scott the community liaison who made the move in process seamless are simply the kindest guys!!! Neighbors are so sweet!
