One Star – Do Yourself a Favor and Avoid Eaves South Coast Living at Eaves South Coast has been a huge disappointment, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. First and foremost, there’s a major roach problem in these units. No matter how clean you keep your apartment, they keep showing up. Recently moved in and the experience has been top notch! Location is amazing, community and amenities are simply beautiful! Carlos the maintenance guy and Scott the community liaison who made the move in process seamless are simply the kindest guys!!! Neighbors are so sweet! This community at eaves South Coast has been home for the past 5 years. It's lovely, with many trees that provide shade and shelter for birds and squirrels. The office team puts on activities and hosts little gatherings throughout the year for different holidays. Today, we made Mother's Day bouquets! They also have a great maintenance team that works to make your life easier!
