Management seemed unresponsive to residents' concerns and quick to dismiss issues when they are raised. For example, when other cars repeatedly parked in my assigned space, I was simply instructed to contact the towing company myself, with little assistance from management. Recently moved in and the experience has been top notch! Location is amazing, community and amenities are simply beautiful! Carlos the maintenance guy and Scott the community liaison who made the move in process seamless are simply the kindest guys!!! Neighbors are so sweet! Gotta admit sitting on the patio watching residents play on the tennis courts is pretty cool! Super delighted to call this community home! ** I wanted to share an update (3 months) since moving in. Incompetent and unprofessional property managers, all they care about is the laziest and easiest way to resolve solutions. Even if you did try to address something, Manager “M” likes to make excuses and stonewall you. I waited for a year for a spot and the charge was initially $55 and they expected me to pay $200 because it’s just life.
