Incompetent and unprofessional property managers, all they care about is the laziest and easiest way to resolve solutions. Even if you did try to address something, Manager “M” likes to make excuses and stonewall you. I waited for a year for a spot and the charge was initially $55 and they expected me to pay $200 because it’s just life. Stay away from here

Please steer clear of this apartment complex. I honestly believe it is a health risk living in this community. Furthermore, the physical state of the apartment complex is very poor. These apartments are very expensive for the quality of life you get here. I have lived here for over 2 years and here is my experience: - Pest infestation. I chose the worst place possible to live. It was extremely dark and poorly lit, full of dampness. Every morning I woke up to the loud noise of wind blowing leaves around. The neighbor’s kid was constantly making noise that carried into my place. There were cockroaches everywhere, and the pool was dirty—every time I went near it, I witnessed arguments between people. I moved here and honestly it was one of the worst decisions of my life. This place is not fit for someone to live in at all. In my opinion, if a health or housing authority ever inspected this place, they would never allow anyone to live here. And even if they did, a place like this should absolutely not have rent prices this high. First of all, my furniture got completely ruined because of the humidity.
