I love this beautiful community called The Ivy. I have lived here for 3yrs and I have enjoyed every day of my stay. The staff are so friendly, maintenance is handled by well trained technicians and timely. The managers are friendly, understanding and always ready to assist. Houses are well maintained and equipped with good appliances. Gym and pool also well maintained. I would recommend this place to anyone looking forward to a beautiful, clean and quiet place to live in Rockville.

He tenido varias ocasiones que me han tratado muy bien, las instalaciones son muy cómodas y las personas de la administración muy amigables.
This place is extremely overpriced, there’s dog shit everywhere, pay $50 to park and still no parking, and the worst of them all.. Mice! We didn’t see any at first and almost made it through the winter months but they have taken over our place. Please do yourself the favor and do not move here!
The office is the best at getting back with me when I have questions or need anything. The office has been extremely helpful and kind. I love my home and the school across the street is wonderful. Update The matinance team here is so nice and they are really hard workers. They respond to my matinance request and get the issue fixed same day, some times they can not come the same day due to a large list of repairs needed in the community and there is only a couple of matinance men.
