Avoid. The Ivy told us in writing that we would not be penalized for moving out prior to our lease ending. We moved out and were shocked to hear from a debt collector a few months later demanding the entire lease amount, plus "cleaning fees" and new blinds. We left that apartment in top shape, so the extra fees just added insult to injury. We put up with a lot there for years, including pest infestations. You can absolutely find better housing than this place.
While my stay wasn’t long, I was met with nothing but hospitality! Wonderful people who had manage the leases and responsive maintenance team! They also had nothing short of feast for a recent event they held! “The Grateful Gathering”

Some things just don’t make sense. Me: “I have a reserved parking spot. Can i have a guest park here temporary with a guest pass when I leave this week with my car?” Lease office: “No. They will have to park in a different spot.” Why the am I paying for this then?
