Perfect, just pricey I lived in a one-bedroom apartment with a garage and loved it. The staff were always friendly, the facilities were beautiful (pool, gym, basketball court), and the neighbors were very friendly. I found it to be mostly young couples or young families, lots of children. The bus stop for the local elementary school was under my window, so I always heard kids yelling and playing each morning, but luckily that was always the time I'd be getting up anyway. Finding the Perfect place Avalon at Pacific bay was very helpful when I was looking for an apartment in the Huntington Beach area. I am to lazy to go out and search for an apartment all day, so I signed up with their company so that they could find the listings that met the criteria that I set and the rest was easy. So if you are looking for a place and don't want to do all the foot work this company is for you.
parking is an issue It is an old building but maintened very well with reasonable rent. And you could bargain with them easily. The biggest problem of this apartment community is only one assaigned parking per unit, so after 7pm, it's very difficult to find parking even along on the roadside. Depends on where the rented unit is, you probably would have to carry your heavy dirty clothes all the way to the laundry room. But the laundry room equipped with new and modern washer and dryer. Horrible management, apartments gross Never in my life have I dealt with worse customer service than during my year of living at Avalon Watch. The front office made absolutely everything more difficult than it should be. Some problems have included: lost packages they signed for, credited rent check to different apartment and filed charges for not paying rent when check had been cashed, rude employees, no response from maintence, grounds are filthy, apartments are old, dingy, smell gross. Worst apt complex EVER!!! I don't know where to begin. Cheaply built apts, rude and unresponsive management, NOISE, NOISE, NOISE, kids wreaking havoc in the parking lots at all hours of the day & night. And did I mention NOISE... walls and floors must be made of paper!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
Yucky The staff will be nice to your face, but backstab you. They make things worse than they are. They don't give you your notices you've received packages - I've had packages sit over a month before I was asking about another package and found out there were more...yet they did sign for the packages in question (no first notice, second notice, etc.). Feels like home :) I read the other postings here about Avalon Watch the apartment complex where I live and I felt that I needed to post my positive experience. I have lived in a townhouse and multiple single-family homes so I am not used to apartment living. I just want you to know where Iâm coming from. Poor customer service - poor maintenance. My mother broke her hip and had to go to a nursing home in December. Her lease was to be renewed in January. Not only was the management cold and uncaring, they made me pay to break the lease - even though it had not started yet. I guess it hurt to pay, but I did not like the way I was treated.A month later I went to clean the apartment out and realized that they had entered the apartment to check the condition without notifying me.
