Worst experience so far when compared to the places we hv lived so far. I see none of the appliances work as expected - washing machine, dryer, oven, thermostat, heater/ac. House is least insulated n mostly very chilled inside the house. Irrespective of the service tickets we raise.. they just say u have to live with it. Awful windows n doors insulation, never have seen this bad. Overall we r just paying the rent for 4 walls we r under. N nothing else works inside. Steer clear of Eaves Lawrenceville and Avalon. Their executive management team needs to examine issues with bias and policies, plus poor customer service. Was put off by lack of cleanliness of unit and stairwell. Hard-earned money is better spent elsewhere.

It’s a beautiful place and the office people are very nice
Very nice place for living, near shopping mall and costco. Near US1 but not noisy. Nice guy in office and tech team. They provide timely and quality service for us. Especially Brian, he is always caring about our concerns, help to address them very quickly.
