Horrible customer service! Spoke with a woman on the phone last week and was told they could cut a new key for my car as my key had stopped working for my car and all I had to bring in was the old key and the vin number. Drove over an hour and a half to bring the key there and then was told that I have to have my car there. I expressed that I had just driven over an hour and a half based off the information they gave and she just shrugged at me in response and basically told me too bad you’ll have to get it towed here. They are incompetent. Order the wrong thing then make up some false charges to hold your car. I'd suggest you go to the cities if you want to buy or have your Nissan worked on. The manager of this place is a fraud.
RecommendedI just traded my Nissan Maxima, which I purchased here 4 years ago for a new Nissan Murano. I felt the price of the new vehicle and the value given for my trade were both very fair. I looked at Nissan dealers around the area and was able to negotiate the best deal right here at home!

2011 Versa--Best Car I ever bought---Last Nissan I'll ever buy----Recall on Coil Springs ,replaced at 87,000 miles---37,000 miles later they break again---Nissan won't do ANYTHING for me...So I won't do ANYTHING with Nissan again--And am telling people I know about my experience
