Purchased a new head for my trimmer the sales guy said if it didn’t work or wasn’t right to bring it back and he would exchange it. Took it home tried to use it didn’t work so I took it back. They said that they can’t take it back because it is now used. How am I supposed to know if it’s going to work or not if I don’t try it out? Then he proceeded to insult me by telling me I don’t know how to wind the line. I’ve been using trimmers for over 30 years. Don’t waste your time or money hear. Avoid this place like the plague.

This is a follow up -- I've been going here for parts and service for a number of years now, and I don't think I've ever been disappointed with service, pricing or inventory. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this place to anyone looking for lawn equipment, parts and service.
We purchased an $1100 Toro lawnmower and the machine wasn’t prepped and no one bothered to take the time to show my daughter and I anything about the mower when we picked it up. It was almost like they felt they did me a favor for allowing us to buy the machine from them. We have purchased a Stihl lawnblower and a Stihl power washer at Tri-State Bobcat in Hudson. Listen to customer and not deny that something was bought there. Everyone that comes in does not know the name of part. When only one part goes on the mower say the customer asked for other than they did. Improve customer service. Lost a customer.
Better customer service. Don't send a customer away telling them the part they seek does not exist, when indeed they have it in stock. They just don't know how to help the customer describe what is needed.
Super quick turn around on my snow blower! It’s a vintage machine. Dropped it off on Friday afternoon and and they called on Monday and said it was ready! Used it tonight and ran great! Thanks EC Lawn Equipment!
