Very professional and kind
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. I came in seeking help because I’ve been struggling with focus and concentration and wanted to speak to a doctor about it. Instead of receiving care, I was refused service simply for expressing my concerns and asking to speak with someone qualified. This was frustrating and disheartening—especially when mental health and cognitive issues should be taken seriously, not dismissed. Patients deserve to be heard, not turned away when they reach out for help.
