Been living at Eaton crest for almost 10 months now. This review is only about maintence, Tom in maintence is one of the best guys to have help you out with anything going wrong in your apartment. While he was here I also let him know I’ve been asking the main office for months now to fix the dog park and he told me he will get on it. I live in Lakeview terrace and the maintenance gentleman named Tommy was extremely professional. Tommy knew exactly what the problem was and got straight to work. After completing the task he explained what the problem was and how he fixed it. I recommend if you need work done in your apartment, ask for Tommy.
Tom is an absolute pleasure with both the residents and vendors. He is knowledgeable, fast, and my favorite is how kind he is. He runs around like crazy and manages multiple sites. Most people you encounter during their work day are not the happiest but he is a true joy. We appreciate all of your hard work and everything you do for all of your communities! Simply the best!
I’ve lived here for what feels like forever (about eight years now)and I have nothing but good things to say about the property, the amenities and the staff. Maintenance is always quick and efficient and things always get taken care of in a timely manner. Tommy always goes out of his way to be super friendly and genuine. Whether he is entering my apartment for a maintenance request or I just see him around the complex. Thank you guys for all that you do!
I've lived at Eatoncrest about 4 years now. This review is mostly about maintenance, which is very important when you're renting. One particular person stands out, Andy. I wanted him to be recognized for the great work he does, going above and beyond. He also informs about what he's doing so you know he's knowledgeable, but also courteous and well mannered.
