I’m from downstairs, the floors above are so creaky, audible, and do little to mute out the noise from above.. I mean, I get it.. These buildings have been on it for years.. of course the floors are gonna be worn. I barely get any sleep cause of my neighbors from upstairs are loud each time they walk or drop things (almost sound like a gunshot when they drop something)—the floors are insufferable! The ONLY thing this company cares about is getting the rent on time. Snow storm happens, do they salt? No. People are falling, do they care? No. They are dismissive and do not fix the issues you have or call about. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED BEFORE A MAINTENANCE ISSUE BECOMES A MEDICAL ISSUE.
Filled with roaches!!! When telling the leasing office about them they tried to tell me they were water bugs in my living room. Leasing office never responds to emails until you go to the leasing office yourself and make it a bigger deal. Then they dismiss you. Do not make the same mistake we did by moving here.
