I've lived at Eatoncrest about 4 years now. This review is mostly about maintenance, which is very important when you're renting. One particular person stands out, Andy. I wanted him to be recognized for the great work he does, going above and beyond. He also informs about what he's doing so you know he's knowledgeable, but also courteous and well mannered. I moved in after a heartbreaking breakup with my ex partner. Yalitza is such a kind and nice person to help me with my application and made me feel so welcomed. It meant a lot to me at that moment. I love how clean my unit was when I moved in. And the maintainance team is so amazing that I still cannot believe. 😁 They are so responsive to all the issues I have. Andy and Tom are amazing guys. Thank you! I see the community my home. Oh and dog friendly! My puppers are always sniffing everywhere! 😁
