I rented a unit for almost two years from this establishment, and they refused to refund my deposit after waffling on the reason; first, they said they had to sweep it out, but when confronted with the fact that it had already been cleaned, they tried to claim that I hadn't given them notice, even though I turned in the key a full seven days before the end of my billing cycle.
