I understand that the weather has not been the best the last 2 weeks but ..... to cancel on me after 2 weeks of waiting and 3 working days before the house sale is supposed to close is uncontainable. You said you were overbooked this week!!?? How do you overbook and throw aside a customer that has been waiting for a job to be done before this week? Did you forget that i was in the schedule last week?
Chris was so incredibly helpful in an emergent plumbing/sewer issue. Solved our problem quickly. Very knowledgeable and so grateful for their help.
Went to do a load of wash to find our hot water heater was pooring water. We did what we could to stop it than started making phone calls, S.J. Eaton was the only place willing to help us today. The other ones didn't answer or they couldn't help us till who knows when. They were here and got a new one put in real quick. Thank you so much!!! Any other job we need done we will be sure to call you!!!
Padded my bill the last 2 times I used them. The last time I was charged for 1-1/2 hours while the guy was not at my house. He went to the shop to get something which was 5 minutes from my house. Their work is okay, overcharging for time at $65 an hour is dishonest.

We have used Eaton's quite a few times and every time we need them they are here the day we call or the next day. They are fast, efficient, and all their guys are super helpful.
We called a few hours before the snow storm hit hoping they could come out sometime Monday afternoon. They came within 2 hours and figured out the problem and we had heat a few hours later. I know they were busy but still squeezed us in to be seen. Thanks for the great customer service!
