I called to order springs for my car a female employee was not qualified to order them. I ask twice to speak to someone else she just run her mouth more. Very rude! Just wanted to know what I am doing with the car? None of her business! I call back and get Mike, I told him front coils 1 inch higher then stock and rear one leaf and 1 inch higher then stock. Horrible experience with these guys. I ordered a set of front lifted 2” springs from their catalog for my Crown Vic Police Interceptor, selecting the normal spring rate, with no additional weight added to the vehicle. The springs are way too stiff, too long, and added too much preload to the coil over, causing the front suspension to have no down travel. I drove about 1000 miles to to wait for them to settle or break in, with no improvement. They rode worse than my F250 with snow plow springs! After I complained, there was o... read more
Great experience with Eaton Detroit Spring. Ordered factory ride height springs for my 79 lincoln and they are perfect. Customer service was exceptional, one set of springs wasnt in stock and needed to be made they let me know right away and even called me to let me know when my card would be charged. Shipping was extremely fast. Would definitely recommend them and will definitely be ordering from them for my spring needs.

I ordered leaf springs, mounting kit, and shocks for a 69 Z/28. I sent pictures, with measurements, of exactly what they asked for, and what I wanted. However, after mounting the hardware it was an inch too low. They readily admitted they had sent me the wrong leaf springs. Their solution was for me to remove the leaf springs, at my expense, send them back, at my expense so that they could tweek them to my orginal order and measurements,and remount them, at my expense!
