What started out as an excellent experience turned into a complete nightmare. William was rude and said he and his company was not responsible for the shipping of the product I bought. I have a business and rather it is with USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL... if they fail it is my responsibility. Well, these folks do not think so and said it was not there issue. if trying to chang ride height. talk to them first. ididn,t and the results were not what i wanted. after talking to william he steered me in the right direction. now happy with the results. and the ride quqlity is great!
Not a company anyone should deal with. They sent springs for the rear of my car that had it sitting way to high, both visually and according to shop manual specs. They insisted they were correct but offered to "custom" make shorter ones. I had to pay shipping of about $50, three times. Once for the initial pair, once to return them and once for the "custom" ones. I was told the "custom' ones would normally cost more, but they would not hit me with this extra charge. But they did. Worst company I ever dealt with. Got the run around for seven months trying to get my parts. Finally got them after getting overcharged for the shipping. Parts were not for my car. When contacting them about it they said the parts were correct for my application. I guess they know more about my car from their office than I do. What a joke of a company. They never did make it right and I was out $245. Beware if you choose to buy anything from these crooks.
Extremely rude female customer service. I ordered a set of 2" lift springs for front and back of my Grand Marquis. I was up to $730 worth of springs and isolators, and when asking about the shocks, I wasn't sure their KYB's would work with my application. I asked for the KYB part number, and the woman said she wouldn't give it to me unless I bought them from her. RecommendedGot new rear leaf springs for my 67 Mercury Cougar. Fit perfectly and looked identical to the originals, except they’re new! Well worth the price and wait!
