this place was the emodiment of the movie Office Space. 6 supervisors that you only see if you dip in production. i ran 50% over production goal for a week straight, not a single supervisor even gave me a 'good job'. but the machines go down for a couple hours because no one does maintenance on them and i have 6 supervisors up my butt asking whats going on. hard work wasn't rewarded AT ALL.
