For our wedding, we wanted a modern cake with traditional flavors. The cake that Scott created fitted our ideas exactly! My husband and I liked that we were able to taste a wide variety of cake flavors, fillings and icings before deciding on the perfect combination for us. Scott was very professional and the final product not only looked great, but it tasted wonderful! We received many compliments from our guests. In addition, my husband generally does not like cake and he ate a whole slice! Thank you for the beautiful and d... read more

Our cake was big blue and beautiful and we love love loved it! It was delicious and looked amazing! The butter cream is definitely the way to go. Scott was very professional and affordable, he never made any false promises and told us exactly what he could do. We designed our cake from various pictures in his books and it completely blew away our expectations. We definitely recommend him to everyone.Besides looking amazing, the cake was delicious, it was very moist and the filling was just as good. Our cake was completely ea... read more

User Rating: 5 out of 5 stars by Rosemary 06/15/2010 Scott created a fantastic cake for my daughters baby shower. We had sent a picture of the "Sweet Pea" theme that was to be used for the plates, napkins, centerpieces, and banner. Scott designed the three tier cake based on the colors and pictures that were sent to him. Each layer of the cake and fillings were different but Scott chose the icing and intensity of flavors that blended perfectly and were deliciously moist. The guests truly appreciated the appearance and raved ... read more

The cake for my wedding was gorgeous! Exactly what I wanted and delicious! All the guests loved it, and I had a few guests ask to take some home. The most delicous cake I have ever tasted! It is amazing how wonderful of a job he does with buttercream (no one could have guessed that it was made without fondant). I actually had one guest eat four pieces haha. Definately recommend his services. If my family or I need any cakes in the future, he is definately the only baker I will go to.

I had cupcakes and a small wedding cake at my wedding. Not only were they beautiful, but they were delicious! Scott was friendly and affordable. I would definitely recommend him to a friend.

Scott recently baked a cake for our wedding reception. My husband and I really enjoyed working with him. He listened to our ideas and helped to put them into action. Neither my husband nor I are huge cake people, so he worked with us to incorporate cheesecake into our cake. From the outside it still looked like a gorgeous, traditional wedding cake! Not only was the cake pretty, but it tasted delicious, too. Dont shy away because he does not use fondant. The taste of his butter cream is too good not to use (and Im not a big ic... read more

Scott made a 60th Anniversary Cake for my parents and it was the hit of the party. We asked him to show some of the very special things they enjoy in life on the cake and he came shining through with all of them - humming birds, zinnias, tomato plants, and a pair of ducks. Everyone enjoyed both the whimsical cakes appearance and the taste! Ive never heard so many compliments on the flavor of a cake!I highly recommend "& Eat It, too" to anyone who wants a memorable and personal "cake experience."

Scott made excellent centerpiece cakes (30 in all) for our wedding reception. They were a huge hit, not only because how great they looked but how great they tasted! I would recommend Scott for any cake making needs. My mother actually wants him to do our family birthday cakes! It was a pleasure working with him and I know we will in the future. I cant wait for my one year anniversary so I can eat the cake again that we saved from the wedding.

"& Eat it, Too" made my cake for my October 31st wedding in Columbus. I had no ideas (with the exception of my invitation) for my cake when I met with him. Scott is an amazing artist and baker! He designed my cake with a different damask pattern on each of the five tiers. It was flawless and delicious! I still get compliments 6 months later on how stunnning and delicious the cake was. However I may be biased since Scott is my dad!
