Our wedding cake took my breath away. It was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. And it tasted just as good as it looked. I was an event planner for 8 years and have seen and tasted lots of cakes, but I can honestly say Scotts tops the list! We are already using him again for another upcoming event. Scott did our July 16th wedding cake and everybody had nothing but amazing things to say about it. The cake was so gorgeous that I didnt even want to eat it! It was extremely moist and full of flavor. I couldnt have asked for a more perfect wedding cake. Our wedding was last month (6/11/2011) and we having been craving for it since then. Scott did an amazing job on our cake! He designed it exactly how I envisioned it and the cake tasted delicious! The Champagne Cake for our July 1 wedding was beyond our expectations! We provided Scott with a sample photo and he took the idea to new heights!
