I bought a used tool box for the truck and didn’t have the keys along with it. Found EasyKeys.com website, very easy to use. Identified the keys to go along with the box and received my order in 2 days! Key works great and now i have some peace of mind securing the box.
Ordered a key for 2 day shipping and arrived as expected, keys didnt work although lock number and key number matched. I called them up and they said they have one or two other options that may work and they will send them to me at no charge and even the same shipping method i chose on the original order. Even if they 2nd set of keys doesn't work, their customer service is pretty good and hassle free. I was pretty impressed
Ordered key from website first time customer. Key number inscribed on lock cylinder and number was a selection on their site. Web order easy and shipping time reasonable. Upon receiving key did not work in lock! Contacted Easykeys via website and explained dilemma. Quick response asking for photo of key and lock cylinder. I recommend EasyKeys if you are looking to save money. Perhaps be prepared for some hassle in order to save that money, though. We placed an order with them, and when we received it there were two items missing. We contacted them, and they said they would reship. When we received the reship, one of the two items was the incorrect item. When we contacted them again about this, they requested a photo of the incorrect item I received. Highly recommend. I ordered some keys for my camper shell. Apparently, Leer has 2 different key types they can use. I received keys that didn't fit. I emailed customer service and they immediately sent replacements. Can't ask for better customer service than that! :)
These guys rock. Identified the replacement lock I needed from a picture I sent and responded within 24 hours. Amazing company.
