Have been there in my toughest times of need and made sure I was taken care of. Also gave me steps that I can take to move my debts to a place with lower interest once my credit improves! This place is amazing with top tier customer service. Never had such prompt responses before
Whoever is working this am needs to be fired or suspended immediately. Lady was extremely rude.. would not let me get a word in. Never in my life have I been talked over by a customer service representative.. trying to explain a situation she argued with me the whole entire time. When I asked to speak to management, she told me that wasn’t possible and wouldn’t give me her name. Didn’t even ask me for my information on my account and wanted me to send money. took over 24 hours to get approved for my loan, missed my payments that I needed the loan for and got charged 100$ in nsf fees! Should be called difficult financial not easy financial!! DO NOT COME HERE!! go to cash money.
