I got a loan from this branch, and the process was quick and hassle-free. The staff is extremely friendly and eager to assist in any way they can. Gurneet helped me out and explained all the details clearly. Overall, an excellent experience!
Do not bother. They charge a lot of interest and when you are finally close to paying it off they harass you with calls, emails and text messages. I get having someone from retention try to keep you but they are at the point that they are harassing people! One of their staff just called me then i declined the call because I was busy then called me again and even turned off their caller ID! That seems very unprofessional! I had to answer the no caller ID bec I use my phone for work.
DJ was very helpful. Even with technical difficulties, he made everything quick and accommodating.
