Overall experience was good
Workers and including the manager are completely incompetent in there jobs and how resolve simple requests. I have been trying to change my payment date (Thursday to Friday) since the new year and they have yet to figure it out. It has costed me multiple NSF ($180 to be exact) through my bank due to there incompetence. From experience, make sure to have all communications through e-mail for your records as most of the time, what one person says will contradict what the other says including the manager!
