the staff is RUDE FROM THE SECURITY STATION TO OFFICE THE HOME WAS DIRTY FROM CARPET TO WALLS EVEN THE DISHES THE POOL WAS SO CLOUDY. NO WI-FI EVEN THOU WI-FI IS INCLUDED.. THERE WHERE TRASH ON THE BED TRASH LEFT OUTSIDE OMG RUN

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with! From day of booking home they screwed up my payment. Now I am less than 2 weeks out from vaca with 9 other family members. I called to ask a question on getting in home and they inform me we can’t have the home, it had a pipe burst and it’s not fixed (which I was informed happened well over a month ago but no one contacted me, I had to call them to find this out)! We had an amazing stray in April 2018 at Reunion Resort with Easy choice. They were excellent to work with and the home is pristine. We recommend them highly and are coming back in November
