Had an appointment and confirmation email. when we reach front desk is like your appointment is canceled, they redirect to nurse. She takes the details and after waiting for 15min they agree to see and they like you are very fortunate that we are able to see you today, like they doing a favor. I am like we have an appointment so you have to see, where favor coming from.

When delivering packages to this location for my job, the hispanic woman at the front is very rude. When walking through the front door she will always say who is it for with an authoritative attitude in a very rude manner. Customer service is not taught, or practiced at this facility!
In, out, no a thing accomplished. Complete waste of my time. I love spending money on doctors who do absolutely nothing for me.
