Literally the worst group of people I have ever rented from. There is no way to call them, the number goes straight to voicemail. They took days to respond to my basement flooding and left me having to find other arrangements for 3 days. If you rent from them, be ready for a shoddy disgusting property that they will cover up with some paint and photoshopped pictures. Mold, dust, bugs, they'll dump it all on you and then charge you in the end. In conclusion, do NOT do it.
If I could give these frauds a -0 I would. My family has rented from this management company since2015 when they were another name Freiden then they changed their name to Relocation Reps, Then to Rent Pro Team then to EasyStreet. We found out that the house was in Foreclosure, then Pre foreclosure. We we never told of new Ownership. And now they cannot locate my 60 day notice. We have been waiting for Easy Street to provide rent ledger in which my husband and I were told has to be provide by the property manager. WHO TF IS ... read more
