I understand that this company is no longer associated with American Dream Vacation RV rental sites. They apparently do not wish to be associated further with Kurt West at 10777 Hwy 183 South, Austin, Texas. This salesman totally ripped us off about a year ago. I cannot get over this huge disappointment. Supposedly THEY do a thorough inspection before you pick up your RV. Kurt with Easy RV was so wonderful to work with to store and sell our RV! He sold it fast and walked us through every step of the process, making it so easy. He is honest, hardworking, kind, responsive, and very knowledgeable. We cannot recommend him enough!
Thanks Kurt! I had an excellent experience. I called and was notified there was 2 lots that fit my criteria. I secured one by following the rental agreement steps online and everything was setup for a smooth entry on a Sunday. I noticed the lot was very well groomed and easy to maneuver our 42’ 5th wheel into our parking spot. It only spent 1 week in the lot as we decided to rent out the RV. I just wanted to say the process was excellent. Will do business again if the opportunity presents itself.
I recommend Kurt and Easy RV for RV storage, service, and sales. I've had three RVs stored at Easy RV, various services and repairs performed, and most recently, Kurt sold my RV for me. He is respectful, courteous, honest, and professional. I can't say enough positive things about all my experiences with Easy RV and Kurt West.
Great communication, and save place to store your RV. Kurt runs an excellent business here. Brian can handle all your requests, I was kinda high maintenance as a new RV owner and will be back as my wife and I criss cross around the US!
