Beware! Disappointing. During the buying of my new home, this was the only difficulty I encountered. I was quoted a price for pumping and inspecting the septic system of my new home. They charged my card for just under the estimated amount, which made me happy, but my happiness was short lived... a few days later they charged my credit card for an additional amount that was 55% more than the original estimate!
