Everyone involved was very courteous and professional, from Jay to the onsite lead worker. The job was done with a high amount of care and quality, with the only delay in the process being the very late arrival of the City inspector....grrrr. Very reasonable price too! Love the new roof!
I researched some roofers, and sadly, some did not even respond back even after an initial inspection of my roof. Jay from Easy Roofing Solutions was prompt and professional and stayed in contact/communication during the whole process. The company shows up when they say, cleans up after their job site, and the owner participated in installing the gutters. We had storm damage to our roof and I had two other companies come out for an estimate. At the same time we were getting push back from our insurance company. Long story short, I called Easy Roofing Solutions, they came out the same day and completed the work within another week. They were professional and so easy to work with. We had an excellent experience with Easy Roofing Solutions. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, honest, and professional. They did a beautiful job replacing our roof on short notice and went above and beyond to make sure we had the documentation we needed to get finance for the project.
