Sales cars tells people his guy looked and maintained them lies puts fake oil change stickers on his cars, took car to his mechanic said we wouldn't be charged then called us with a quote to fix the car and when we got it back it had more problems than when we had it looked at he said his mechanic never moved the car just looked where we parked it but it was parked somewhere else when we picked it up ... Dont recommend bought a 2010 Nissan Altima 4 days later the alternator went out then the spark plugs went out and now the gears not shifting and I only had the car for 2 weeks I called and told them about it didn’t seem like they care told me I could take it to someone else to have it looked at bc they don’t know when they would be able to get their mechanic to look at it I paid to have the alternator replaced as well as the coil pack and spark plugs but I will not pay for transmission problems I suggest go to another dealer
Buyer beware! Advertised a vehicle with 70k miles. When I reviewed the title, the milage was listed as exempt. Was paying cash and gave it to the salesman (owners son), and he tried to have my wife sign a release of liability to guaranty good title. Told me that if we had issues getting a good title that we would need to take up with the auction company they purchased it from. I informed the salesman that I was purchasing the vehicle from them and not the auction company. Needless to say, I got my money back! Just wondered h... read more
